Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the leasing of up to 7,897 square feet of office space to be occupied by the Department of Justice, Fines and Administration and Crown Attorneys Divisions, from Southwest Properties Partnership in Atlantic Place, St. John’s, NL for up to a twelve (12) month period, yet to be determined, on a month to month basis, at a gross rental rate of $25.65 per square foot.
