Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the extension of the lease of 4,535 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Justice, Supreme Court, Estates Division from Peak Investments Ltd., in the Cormack Building, St. John’s, NL, for the period of up to twelve (12) months, on a month to month basis under the same terms and conditions from September 1, 2007 and at a new rental rate of up to $22.50 per square foot, with the resultant rental rate increase funding requirements being sourced from within existing departmental budgetary allocations.
