Under the authority of sections 5(2) and 6(1) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. John Ottenheimer as Director and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation for a term effective immediately and expiring December 31, 2011.
