Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Wayne Fowler as full-time Chief Executive Officer of the Labour Relations Agency, effective December 19, 2007, at his current salary.
