Under the authority of section 3 of “An Act Respecting FPI Limited,” SNL2007 c24, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on the date of publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador  Gazette.
