Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Office of the Chief Information Officer in Executive Council, effective January 2, 2008, to consist of the following five branches each to be led by an Executive Director:

i)             Application Development;

ii)            Application Support;

iii)           Operations;

iv)           Corporate Operations and Client Services; and

v)            Information Management.

               MC2005-0158 and OC2005-136 are hereby replaced.
