Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Craig P. Slaney as Executive Director - Operations in the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Executive Council, effective January 2, 2008, at his current salary, with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Mr. Slaney’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective January 2, 2008.
