Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Jean Tilley as Executive Director – Corporate Operations and Client Services in the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Executive Council, effective January 2, 2008, with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat and salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with Ms. Tilley not to receive less than her current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective January 2, 2008.
