Under the authority of section 6 of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Robert Healey as the Chairperson of the EDGE Board, effective from a current date for the remainder of the term applicable to all members of the Board appointed by OC2007-034 (February 2, 2010).
