Under the authority of section 7 of the Business Investment Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Robert Healey as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Business Investment Corporation, effective from a current date for the remainder of the term applicable to all members of the Board appointed by OC2007-035 (February 2, 2010).
