Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Colleen G. Janes as Assistant Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, effective January 2, 2008, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
