Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Ross Firth as the Assistant Deputy Minister – Natural Heritage in the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective March 3, 2008, with salary on appointment at Step 20 of the 1500 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016. Mr. Firth shall be entitled to be paid 100% of reasonable expenses for his relocation from Scotland, with his relocation plan to be pre-approved by the Clerk of the Executive Council and administered in accordance with Government’s Relocation Policy.
