Under the authority of section 7 of the Energy Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. John Ottenheimer as Chair of the Energy Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective December 18, 2007 until December 31, 2011.
