Under the authority of section 6 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the appointment, by the Board of Directors of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, of Ms. Leslie Galway as Full-Time Chief Executive Officer of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, effective January 2, 2008, with salary at $151,500, and with a contract to be negotiated by Ms. Galway and the Commission subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council and to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
