Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds of $2,677,700 against the Department’s 2008-09 capital account budgetary appropriations to complete renovations to the hospital and other projects relating to the construction of the long term care home in Clarenville.
