Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds of $4,200,000 for fiscal year 2008/09 in place of the $2,564,000 previously approved by OC2007-301 against its 2008/09 capital account appropriations for Heath Care Facilities, for the Grand Bank Health Care Centre and Blue Crest Nursing Home project.
