Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $33.8 Million against its 2008-09 budgetary appropriations for the 2008-09 Trans Canada Highway/National Highway System projects.
