Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $12.5 Million towards Trans Labrador Highway (Phase III) construction, against its 2008-09 budgetary appropriations, in addition to an already approved pre-commitment of $4.5 Million (OC2007-373 refers), for a total program expenditure of $17 million.
