Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $7 million against its 2008-09 budgetary appropriations, towards construction of the Torbay By-Pass Road.
