Under the authority of section 7 of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to designate as an EDGE company eligible to receive benefits under the EDGE Program, Orphan Industries Limited, St. John’s, for export activities outside Canada, with the requirement that Orphan Industries Limited is to submit a plan outlining how its export activities outside of Canada will be separated from its other activities for EDGE monitoring purposes, to the satisfaction of the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development.
