Under the authority of section 8 of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, upon the recommendation of the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to proceed with Infotel Publications Inc. with a view to having the company formally renounce its EDGE Status, on the understanding the EDGE benefits covered under its contract with Government are to be provided to the surrender date provided that the company complies with all monitoring requirements, satisfactory to the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development.
