Under the authority of section 77 of "An Act to Provide the Public with Access to Information and Protection of Privacy," the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring Part IV of the Act into force on the date of publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
