Under the authority of section 3(l) of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to expropriate 8.110 hectares of land in Port Saunders from the Estate of William Lavers for a new regional school and to name the “authority” in the Notice of Expropriation under sections 2(b)(iv) and 4(1) of the Act as the Western School District.
