Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sheree MacDonald as Deputy Minister, Department of Government Services, effective January 9, 2006, at an appropriate step on the 2136 Point Scale, with a position description to be prepared and classified, with the incumbent not to receive less than the current amount on the 2136 Point Scale.
