Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Bruce Cooper as Assistant Deputy Minister of Policy and Planning (Acting) of the Labour Relations Agency, effective from a current date, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
