Under the authority of section 5 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Keith Barry as Member and Vice-Chairperson of the Public Service Commission, effective April 1, 2006, at Step 25 on the 1400 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, on a personal basis.
