Under the authority of section 5 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ann Chafe as Member of the Public Service Commission, effective April 1, 2006, at Step 25 on the 1308 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, on a personal basis.
