Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 35 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the following regulations, copies of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council:

i)  Timber Royalty Regulations (Amendment), considered to have come into force on April 1, 2005; and

ii)  Timber Royalty Regulations (Amendment), to come into force on April 1, 2006.
