Under the authority of paragraphs 3(d) and 3(p) and section 4 of the Expropriation Act, in order to clarify title to the lands, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to expropriate lands situate at New Ferolle substantially as shown in Annex A of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, including such other lands as may be identified and necessary for access and operational efficiency.
