Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to forever transfer administration and control of the expropriated lands situate at New Ferolle substantially as shown in Annex A of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, including such other lands as may be identified and necessary for access and operational efficiency, to the Minister of Finance on such terms as is considered appropriate.
