Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $418,000 against its 2006-2007 budgetary appropriations for Ferry Terminals (Current) in order to provide for the award of a contract for repairs to the berthing dolphin at the Cartwright Ferry Terminal.
