Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:

i)  increase the salary of Barbara Knight, Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, effective August 1, 2005, to Step 33 on the 2384 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan on a personal basis; and

ii)  approve the terms and conditions of additional remuneration outlined in a letter on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council dated January 18, 2006.
