Under the authority of Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Glenn Janes as Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Research Council, to be established as a Crown Corporation, with Mr. Janes’s appointment effective January 1, 2008 until December 31, 2012, in accordance with a contract on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
