Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Jacqueline Janes as Senior Policy Advisor on Climate Change, Emissions Trading and Energy Efficiency, with reporting responsibility to the Assistant Secretary to Cabinet, Economic Policy, effective January 1, 2008 until December 31, 2012, in accordance with the terms and conditions of a contract on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
