Under the authority of sections 7, 8, and 44 of the Endangered Species Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to make the regulations entitled “Endangered Species List Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
