Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Pamela Goulding as Director of Public Prosecutions in the Department of Justice, effective December 19, 2007, at her current salary, with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland.
