Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, the Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Agreement on Provincial Nominees, a draft copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
