Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 4,152 square feet of office space at a gross rental rate of $16.85 per square foot and 400 square feet of storage space at a gross rental rate of $6.75 per square foot occupied by the Department of Justice, for the Crown Attorney’s in Atlantic Place, Water Street, St. John’s, NL from March 1, 2006 to February 28, 2009.
