Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 2,217 square feet of space occupied by the Department of Justice, for Special Prosecutions in Atlantic Place, Water Street, St. John’s, NL from July 1, 2006 to February 28, 2009 at a gross rental rate of $16.85 per square foot.
