Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 4,100 square feet of space occupied by the Department of Justice, for Adult Corrections in Atlantic Place, Water Street, St. John’s, NL from November 1, 2005 to February 28, 2009 at a gross rental rate of $16.85 per square foot.
