Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Wanda Legge as Acting Assistant Deputy Minister - Policy and Planning in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective immediately until the return of the permanent incumbent, with salary to be determined in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016 for the duration of this temporary assignment.
