Under the authority of section 37 of “An Act To Establish AnEnergy Corporation For The Province,” SNL2007 cE-11.01, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on October 11, 2007.
