Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Basil Cleary as Assistant Deputy Minister – Environment (Acting) in the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective January 16, 2006, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
