Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Alastair O’Rielly as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, effective March 11, 2006, in accordance with a contract to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
