Under the authority of section 20 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991 and in accordance with sections 20 and 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments to the Judicial Complaints Panel, for a three-year term, effective from a current date: 

a) Justice Daniel Boone, Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador; 

b) Justice Katherine O’Brien, Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador; 

c) Judge Nancy K. Orr, Provincial Court of Prince Edward Island; 

d) Judge Alain J. Begin, Provincial Court of Nova Scotia; 

e) Jacqueline Compton-Hobbs, public interest representative; and

f) Cindy Whitten, public interest representative.
