Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Charles Bown as Assistant Deputy Minister – Energy Policy in the Department of Natural Resources, effective immediately, at his current salary.
