Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Pierre Tobin as Associate Deputy Minister – Energy in the Department of Natural Resources, effective immediately, at his current salary.
