Under the authority of section 5 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Public Safety, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Rolf Pritchard, Q.C. as a Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective June 13, 2019, to serve in the Judicial District of Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
