Under the authority of sections 3, 4 and 7 of the Housing Corporation Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Len Simms as Member, Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, effective October 17, 2007, under the terms and conditions of a contract to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
