 Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the following departments:

i) the Department of Business;

ii) the Department of Education;

iii) the Department of Environment and Conservation;

iv) the Department of Finance;

v) the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture;

vi) the Department of Government Services;

vii) the Department of Health and Community Services;

viii) the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment;

ix) the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development;

x) the Department of Justice;

xi) the Department of Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs;

xii) the Department of Municipal Affairs;

xiii) the Department of Natural Resources;
